Client Care is Aptigent's premier customer support service, offering you the support you need - when you need it! When you enter into a Client Care agreement with Aptigent, you get immediate technical and/or product support by phone during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, excluding holidays). With Client Care, email support is available 24/7.
Should you require support and/or maintenance beyond normal business hours, Aptigent offers Silver, Gold and Platinum support levels for Client Care:
- Silver Support: Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., EST, excluding holidays. [This represents a fifteen (15) percent increase in service charges.]
- Gold Support: Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day, excluding holidays. [This represents a twenty-five (25) percent increase in service charges.]
- Platinum Support: Telephone support is available at all times. [This represents a fifty (50) percent increase in service charges.]
Client Care is available to clients who have entered into a support and/or maintenance agreement with Aptigent. If you don't have a support and/or maintenance agreement with us, but would still like to enjoy the benefits of Aptigent's support services, please see ExpertLine.
