ExpertLine is Aptigent's customer support service for customers who do not have a support and/or maintenance arrangement with us. Using ExpertLine, you can get solutions to problems involving XML, Java, Oracle DBMS, SQL Server, Indexing Services, Portal, ASP and many other leading-edge technologies. ExpertLine is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 9am to 5pm EST.
Users of the ExpertLine service can access the service in one of two ways:
- Users who have purchased Aptigent products and/or services, but who do not have a support and/or maintenance agreement in place, may call the ExpertLine, use its services and be billed. [Invoices will be generated immediately and will be payable under Net30 terms.]
- Users who do not have a relationship with Aptigent but who wish to use ExpertLine may use a credit card to access the service. [If users wish to be placed under a terms and conditions arrangement with Aptigent, they will first need to go through the normal credit approval process.]
Should you require support and/or maintenance services outside the normal ExpertLine hours, please see our Client Care offering, the premier support services package available to those who have entered into a support and/or maintenance services agreement with Aptigent.
ExpertLine is available to users at $125.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum.
